If you absolutely must use 'Outlook Express' (I recommend you move with the times and use either 'Microsoft Outlook' (this comes with Microsoft Office) or 'Windows Live Mail') then you can view a text based tutorial on this setup here.

If you already have an email account setup that you are happy with, you can always forward your new email addresses to that account if you prefer, this will save you configuring an email client(such as outlook or live mail).
