Dave Nicholson's Error Pages

1. First, check that you don't already have a .htaccess page uploaded to your domain,
if you do then simply edit it using any text editor, like notepad or wordpad and add the following 3 lines to it:
ErrorDocument 403 /error403.php
ErrorDocument 404 /error404.php
ErrorDocument 500 /error500.php

If you do not already have a .htaccess page on your domain, then simply upload the included one.

2. Edit the 3 error php pages using any text editor, like notepad or wordpad, right at the top of each page you will see:
'YOUR-CB-ID-HERE' - simply enter your ClickBank ID.
Also, just below that you will see:
'YOUR-EMAIL/CONTACT-URL-HERE' - simply enter your email or contact URL.

That's it... Easy eh! :-)

You can upload your error pages to as many domains as you like, the more you add, the more possible commissions
from the affiliated products displayed on the pages.

All commissions for the products displayed are 50% and all use ClickBank.

You can also add an optin form on your pages if you like, I would recommend you use Aweber if you do.
